I'm Paula. I help women over 50 feel like themselves again.
I'm a women's wellness coach, Pilates and yoga teacher, and therapist specialising in stress management.
After completing a 3-year psychotherapy degree, I deepened my work to support not just the body, but the mind and emotions too. Everything I offer is designed to meet you where you are.
