Saturday Yoga Classes Are Back!
I gave up my Saturday Yoga classes last year because of my marathon training.
I wanted to totally dedicate myself fully to my training and Saturdays was my longest run day.
However, over the past few months I have been asked whether the classes are returning back & Im happy to report that YES I am!
Starting 10 am Saturday 22nd October at Centro Social, Los Belones.
Suitable for all levels.
The course will include Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga.
Emphasis on core strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and mindfulness.
Hatha Yoga - Is most often used to describe gentle, basic yoga classes with no flow between poses. A slower-paced stretching-focused class with pranayama breathing exercise. Focusing on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.
Yin Yoga - Unlike some dynamic yang practises that work the muscles through repetition, Yin works the deeper layers of the body such as the fascia, connective tissues, joints and bones without using any muscle activation. Yin can be a deep healing and nourishing practice with profound physical, emotional and energetic effects. During challenging times in our lives, our emotions can deplete our bodies of energy. The nourishing practice of Yin yoga helps to restore that energy for overall well being.
Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga is a gentle, relaxing, passive form of yoga that allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch that is held for as long as 10 minutes. This style makes use of a wide range of props, including bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. The intention is to provide support within each pose, making it easier to completely let go.

Drop in - 8.50 euros
